4. Delivery, Installation & Acceptance

We provide fast nationwide delivery across Canada through strategically positioned warehouses and logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, location, or external factors.

Where applicable:

• Professional delivery and installation
• On-site setup and operational testing
• Buyer inspection upon completion

Any issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery. Acceptance of delivery or operational confirmation constitutes acceptance, subject to warranty terms.

5. Returns & Buyer Protection

Parts & Accessories

• Unused parts may be returned after compatibility checks
• All shipments include tracking

Where appropriate, replacements or refunds may be issued.

Machines

Due to size and complexity, machines are generally non-returnable once delivered and installed unless required by law or covered under warranty.

Refurbished and used products are professionally inspected, tested, and clearly identified. Cosmetic wear consistent with age or previous use is not considered a defect.
